SF Spots: Dandelion Chocolate

Continuing my love affair with cafés and their visual as well as gustatory delights: here are some snippets from a recent visit to Dandelion Chocolate in the Mission neighborhood of San Francisco.

I had to capture the chalkboard outside, scrawled over with myriad hand-lettered versions of the word “chocolate,” the floral arrangement featuring oranges and blossoms at the counter, the brownie “flight” around the world (showcasing chocolate from South America, Asia, and Africa), and the decadent, multi-layered dark chocolate mocha. I also loved the rustic feel of the menu: bold, rough ink on textured brown paper.
